Nye County School District Families,
School was canceled for all NCSD schools on August 21, 2023 because of the Declaration of Local Emergency brought on my Tropical Storm Hilary.
We are required by law to make up the instructional day (NAC 387.151).
The Nevada Department of Education has approved Monday, October 9, 2023, as Nye County School District's instructional makeup day.
