Hello, Mustang Families!
I wanted to share the data from our High Reliability School survey that went out at the beginning of the month. Below is the average for each of the 8 Leading Indicators based on how admin, staff, students, and parents rated what we are doing. A rating of 3.5 or above means that most people were in agreement. As a result of our data review, we have designated the items in yellow as areas of growth. The other areas have been deemed areas of strength. Our HRS coach says that if we work hard for the next few months, we could earn our HRS Level 1 certification by January!!
